The migration in dus1 is completed. Apart from the expected downtime things went smooth and nothing is broken. We sincerly thank the onsite team for their efforts.

Maintenance ended

Per our providers request we have moved the maintenance window to Monday, please see updated times

Due to a ongoing legal dispute our colocation provider has with the datacenter we are currently in we will move our servers to a new datacenter in Düsseldorf (dus1) on a short notice.

We will move the complete physical hosts. New backup jobs and restore jobs will not work during the window. We do not expect data loss. The IP addresses and the hostnames will not change. You must not change your configuration.

Please plan this downtime accordingly.

If you cannot accept downtime, we can move your data to another region before the maintenance, free of charge. Please contact support@remote-backups.com as soon as possible.

We will keep the status page updated during the moving process and report as soon as things are back up.
