Server is up again, the issue was memory error which caused the server to hang.

The timing with the on-site technicial is a unlucky coincidence. He pulled our remote management port which made us unable to hard-reset the server at the time. We have communicated that this is not acceptable.

Thanks for your patience.

We have delayed all the necessary information and are waiting for confirmation of the issue. We will update this issue when we have new information.

A technicial is currently on site, which is likely the cause of the issue. We have notified our provider which is relaying the information.

We are investigating why dus1-2 is currently offline.
