The issue was resolved. It was a 500 Million Packets per Second DDoS attack clogging the uplink streams on our providers network.

Our monitoring alerted us of dropped traffic at the fra1 location, both for IPv4 and IPv6. We are investigating and communicating with our ISP in order to understand and resolve this issue.
