Scheduled Maintenance - ham1 (Hamburg): Rack Migration
Affected: all services hosted in ham1 (ham1-ingress, ham1-1).
We are relocating our ham1 servers from shared colocation into our own dedicated rack. This requires a physical shutdown and move of the affected systems.
IP addresses will change. DNS records will be updated automatically; TTLs have been lowered in advance, so no action is required if you connect via hostname.
Backup jobs scheduled during the window will fail and can simply be retried afterwards.
If you still cannot reach your service after the window, please verify that your resolver returns the new addresses (flush local DNS cache) and that no hardcoded IPs remain in your configuration. Contact support@remote-backups.com if the issue persists.
